    • How to order
    1. Send us an email at nadcaseonline@gmail.com containing: name, item code, delivery address, contact number, shipping method and rebate code (if any).
    2. We will contact you within 1-2 days via email, with an invoice stating availability of items, total payment and banking details.
    3. Upon receiving the email, payment has to made within 3 days otherwise your order will be canceled.
    4. Inform us via email once you have made a payment. Include date, time, total amount and location of payment for reference or reference number (if any). Please remember to keep the receipt, until the entire transaction is completed.
    5. Your item(s) will be sent to you the following day.

    • How to pay
    1. We accept payments via Maybank2u or cash deposit into our Maybank account.
    2. Payment is to be made within 3 days upon receiving an invoice, otherwise your order will be cancelled.
    3. Inform us via email once you have made a payment. Include date, time, total amount and location of payment for reference or reference number (if any). Please remember to keep the receipt, until the entire transaction is completed.
    • Shipping details and charges
    1. Pos Laju: RM5; Pos Ekspress: RM3 *choice of shipping method is up to you.
    2. Your item(s) will be shipped immediately after we have confirmed that your payment is cleared.
    3. We make sure that all items are in perfect condition before sending them out.
    4. Thus, we will not be responsible for any damages of the items that may happen in the course of delivery.
