- Send us an email at nadcaseonline@gmail.com containing: name, item code, delivery address, contact number, shipping method and rebate code (if any).
- We will contact you within 1-2 days via email, with an invoice stating availability of items, total payment and banking details.
- Upon receiving the email, payment has to made within 3 days otherwise your order will be canceled.
- Inform us via email once you have made a payment. Include date, time, total amount and location of payment for reference or reference number (if any). Please remember to keep the receipt, until the entire transaction is completed.
- Your item(s) will be sent to you the following day.
- We accept payments via Maybank2u or cash deposit into our Maybank account.
- Payment is to be made within 3 days upon receiving an invoice, otherwise your order will be cancelled.
